A lower level addition to this 1940's home created a master suite and tv room as well as a large terrace for the living dining room area above. The master bedroom looks out onto terraces at grade level. A small retaining wall forms defines the bedroom terraces and becomes a design element for the bedroom area.
Oak cabinets, wood windows, custom tile, stone, and exposed concrete floors are combined to create a subtle and elegant palette.
